If your DSC PowerSeries Neo alarm keypad displays a trouble light, a warning icon, or emits periodic beeping, the system is reporting an issue that needs attention. This guide explains how to check and review trouble conditions using an LCD keypad, helping you understand what the system is reporting and what steps to take next.
What a Trouble Condition Means
The PowerSeries Neo continuously monitors the health of the system and connected devices. When a problem is detected—such as power loss, low battery, or communication failure—the system generates a trouble condition. This ensures you are alerted to issues that may affect system reliability or protection.
